Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hotel Raj was surprisingly pleasant. Despite the initial mix-up with the room not matching the booking confirmation, the clean and well-equipped room with new beds was a nice surprise. The front desk manager, Mr Vineet, was incredibly helpful and even allowed me a late check-out free of charge. I appreciate their extra effort, and I would definitely return on my next visit and recommend the hotel to friends.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not as clean as expected, but they offered good deals if you booked with them. The service was hit or miss, with helpful staff but some rudeness detected. The location was convenient, although it was surrounded by many other cheaper hotels. The dining options were reasonable, but there was room for improvement in terms of variety and service.
The hotel rooms are very clean, big with conditioned air, and the service is really good. However, the rooms smelled like smoke and the shower was broken. The location is nice as it's quite near to the railway station but seems a bit dangerous. The dining experience was not clear with long delays and restrictions in the attached restaurant. The facilities are basic, but the staff made me feel safe and secure inside the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The room was a pleasant retreat to return to after a day of sightseeing, equipped with all the basic facilities I expected for the price I paid, making it totally worth it. The heat was just about bearable, adding to the overall comfort.
The hotel rooms needed renovation and were dirty upon arrival, although featuring a fridge and a large comfy bed. The management was unprofessional and unhelpful, even providing the wrong room type. The dining experience was subpar, with inflexibility around breakfast requests. However, the service was kind and brief, offering basic amenities for a pleasant stay.
My stay was overall positive, with acceptably clean rooms, good breakfast, and a comfortable bed. However, the room was very noisy, and the bathroom was not pleasant. I will recommend it to others despite these minor issues.
